One-time setup
Your property instantly gets a unique inbound address based on its name — something like oak-cottage-a3f9@bills.billstead.app. It's shown in your property settings.
Add it to your contacts or create a forwarding rule in Gmail or Outlook. When you set up the rule, your email provider will send a verification email to confirm — Billstead detects it and forwards it straight to you so you can complete the step without any confusion.
